Biography.
Croatian by birth, Bruno Schenk grew up and lives in Switzerland. With his double-background in Health and IT / Business Consulting, he brings a unique mix of emotional intelligence and transformation skills. In his 13 years journey in IT, Bruno developed from Analyst to Senior Director Platforms and Delivery Hubs, his current role at Sunrise and he holds relevant experience in leadership of complex transformation. At Sunrise, Bruno leads a large team of enablers for Digital, Sunrise Moments, Swiss-Ski Digital Innovation, DevSecOps and more.

Global Delivery Model: Shift From Cost Centric to Value Based Distributed Delivery Model
Over the last few decades, the Global Delivery model has matured and evolved. Yesterday’s model was focused on cost centric approach of providing assets and competencies of an Organization’s service provider. With the evolution of the technologies, globalization of delivery and need for greater expertise, insights and capabilities is slowly transforming the Global Delivery Model towards a Value based Delivery model. At Sunrise we are experiencing and embracing this change with our primary delivery partner “Infosys” and have already started seeing the benefits of the new model.
