Franziska, with a diploma in Business Economics, began her career at Bestbytes in Munich before joining Sky Deutschland in 2006. She initially focused on project and process management in customer service, finance, and commercial operations. Since 2016, Franziska has taken on leadership roles, managing international teams and driving innovation in Sky’s IT landscape to enhance customer engagement and support strategic goals.
As of March 2024, she is Vice President of CRM Product at Sky Deutschland, overseeing product management and leading CRM product development and portfolio strategy. Certified in SAFe and LEAN, Franziska is also an active member of Sky’s women@sky network and balances her career with raising three children and advocating for gender equality.
