With over 15 years of experience in global project and program management, as well as strategic and operational business functions, Natalie excels in establishing efficient governance processes, driving agile transformations, and fostering cross-functional team engagement. Formerly at Vodafone, Natalie held roles in Business Management and Project & Program Management, contributing to Project Management Excellence and the Project Management Office. Moreover, she has also spoken at Vodafone’s Global Mental Wellbeing and Women in Tech “Parenting and Work: Why Don’t We Talk About It” webinar in 2022.
