Patrick brings 30 years of experience across various fields, including IT, outsourcing, talent development, program management, and Lean and Agile methodologies. Over the past 15 years, he has led Agile transformations within the insurance industry from the initial implementation of SCRUM to the adoption of full scale Agile frameworks. Currently, Patrick serves as the Strategic Agile Portfolio Manager at Univé, a prominent mutual insurer in the Netherlands with a membership exceeding 1.7 million. In this role, he ensures that the organization aligns its investments with strategic objectives (focusing on doing the right things) while maintaining effective execution and agility (doing things right). Over the last two years, Univé has introduced Atlassian’s Jira Align as a portfolio management tool to support these efforts. Patrick is deeply committed to driving sustainable change that benefits customers, colleagues, and society by helping others identify and address key challenges.
