Short Bio

Jan Engelberg

In his previous life he was a Project Manager delivering global IT transformations and digital projects across multiple industry sectors.

Randolf Speigner

For almost 20 years Randolf has worked with individuals, multifunctional teams and bigger units to co-create self-organized, social systems and help them to realize their full potential and develop(software-)products and integrated services.
When joining a startup at the beginning of a rapid scaling phase, early in his career his mindset was minted on how high performing teams work and innovation happens. A culture, where people lived agile values and lean product development principles without caring about specific frameworks, methods or tools.

After the company was sold, he joined Accenture and experienced a completely different world, where he learned how the most established, biggest “brands” of the world work and how they try to cope with organizational and technological debts of the last decades.
He experienced from several perspectives how the mindset of people and culture as well as the resulting organizational setup impact a teams ability to flourish.

He co-founded and co-lead an internal startup and helped scale the small team to a tribe of lean-agile consultants and coaches enabling agile-lean transformation in corporations.

Today it is my mission to coach leaders and their organizations to initiate and sustain their deliberate, continuous transformation, where “agility from within” is the means and the end.
