#GrowTogether as organizational growth - focus on inner work
Bitpanda, one of Austria’s most successful start-up companies, has grown massively in recent years and plans to continue to do so in the years to come. How does such extreme growth affect the company? New work needs inner work. Instead of establishing external hierarchies and structures, it is important to establish behaviours, principles and values that define the future of the company. What kind of company do you want to become?
