Biography.
Manish is a people person by heart and the engagement champion at the intersection of business, technology and innovation. He boasts 20 years of experience in business development, key account management and consulting in the communication industry vertical. Manish has rich exposure to telco clients and engagement across Europe, Australia and India markets, with experience in strengthening the client relationships, managing and delivering large programs for Global Tier-1 Telco’s and building partnerships. His specialties include Large Account Management, Sales and Business Development, connecting with people, problem solving & Consulting Led Selling.
He is currently based out of Belgium since last 10 years and has been managing a large business portfolio of more than 100 m$ in Europe across multiple telco clients.

Global Delivery Model: Shift From Cost Centric to Value Based Distributed Delivery Model
Over the last few decades, the Global Delivery model has matured and evolved. Yesterday’s model was focused on cost centric approach of providing assets and competencies of an Organization’s service provider. With the evolution of the technologies, globalization of delivery and need for greater expertise, insights and capabilities is slowly transforming the Global Delivery Model towards a Value based Delivery model.
