Culture Club in Action – They Said, We Did

Continuous improvement is the life blood of agility BUT it gets deprioritized when in competition with business features. In this talk, we will share what challenges we encountered in a client facing value stream which was struggling in processes, practices and tooling. With data in hand, the community-based Culture Club initiative picked the impediments, proposed solutions and put them into action providing the space and time needed from the value stream leadership. We will share some of the improvement journeys and how they have had a material impact in terms of: reduced toil, improved risk discipline, aligned delivery with strategy, harmonized working model and improved employee Net Promoter Score (NPS).
