Ambidexterity: Two-handed Management

To thrive in these fast-changing times, leaders must balance operational efficiency with the need for transformative change. This panel highlights the concept of Ambidextrous leadership, which combines two key styles: transactional and transformational. Let’s get into the nitty gritty of what it means.

Transactional leadership in short, focuses on maintaining high-quality, efficient business operations through structured processes and continuous improvement, such as optimising value streams and automating repetitive tasks.

Meanwhile, transformational leadership drives innovation, positioning finance and other functions as strategic enablers that anticipate trends and shape the future.

By combining them, leaders can ultimately benefit psychological safety, encourage continuous improvement, and achieve both stability and strategic agility. Join us to discover how ambidextrous leadership can empower your organisation.
