In her current role, Daniela initiated an agile HR organization at AXA Switzerland in 2020 and is since continuously developing HR’s role together with the entire organization.

From 2014 to 2019, she worked at HypoVereinsbank in Munich, leading various HR teams and being responsible especially for HR strategy and transformation as well as for personnel controlling, HR analytics and HR IT.

Before that, Daniela acted as a strategy consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) between 2006 and 2014, with a focus both on financial institutions and on people & organization.

Daniela also holds a degree in International Cultural and Business Studies from the University of Passau, where she also co-founded the Institute for Intercultural Communication.
