Head Transformation & Technology und Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung
When Sandra Hauser took over the management of the Transformation and Technology division at Zurich Switzerland, she found a „working factory“ with outdated systems, dysfunctional processes and sluggish, hierarchical structures. In collaboration with her team, she launched the „Future Readiness“ initiative to develop the area from „Service Provider“ to „Transformation Driver“. With the introduction of flatter hierarchies, the use of modern, agile working methods such as co-creation, consulting processes and a team-based bonus system, the realignment of the division is taking shape. Jointly defined „New Way of Working“ principles help to drive change in the area as well as in „Dancing with the System“, cooperation with other classically hierarchically organized areas and structures, in order to influence and convince them of more agile forms of cooperation in the grass roots approach.
Sandra Hauser has been managing the Transformation and Technology division since August 2019. Previously, she held various IT management positions in the financial sector in Switzerland and abroad. From 1988 to 2009 she held various local and global positions at UBS, then from 2009 to 2012 as Global CIO at Coutts/Royal Bank of Scotland, then from 2012 to 2016 at Avaloq as Global Head of BPO Center Management and finally at ARIZON Sourcing as a member of the Executive Board. Sandra Hauser holds a degree in computer science from the ETH Zurich and is a qualified financial analyst and asset manager.
